Please read these terms carefully before using the bet11 platform — this is a binding agreement between you and us.
General Information
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bet11 platform and all its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.
bet11 is a safe and reliable online gaming platform operated specifically with the users of Bangladesh in mind. We ensure the protection of every user through SSL encryption technology and a fair play policy.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the bet11 website and all associated services.
- "User" or "You" refers to any registered member or visitor.
- "Account" refers to your personal registered profile on bet11.

- "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit granted by bet11.
1.2 Applicability of Terms
These terms apply to all services on the platform — sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, bingo, and all other sections. Additional specific rules may apply to individual services, which are supplementary to these Terms.
Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Restriction
You must be 21 years of age or older to use the bet11 platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and if a user is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and the balances held in them may be confiscated.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If false information is provided, bet11 reserves the right to close the account and withhold all deposited funds. If your information changes, you must notify our support team immediately.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the bet11 support team immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
bet11 supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. The key points of our financial policy are outlined below.
3.1 Deposit Process
Funds can be deposited instantly via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or BRAC Bank may be used. If a deposit amount is not recorded correctly, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (see Section 4 for details).
3.3 Fraudulent Transactions
If any suspicious or fraudulent financial activity is detected, bet11 may suspend the transaction and place the account on hold for investigation. Using bet11 to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at bet11 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period ends.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not permitted.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from bonuses are withdrawable.
- bet11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
4.4 VIP Program
bet11's VIP program has five tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Higher tiers can be reached through active gaming activity. The benefits and conditions of each tier apply separately.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet11 platform, and violation of any of them may result in permanent account closure:
- Attempting to influence game outcomes using fraudulent techniques or software.
- Attempting to gain bonuses or benefits by creating multiple accounts.
- Using bet11 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Participating in match fixing or any other dishonest sporting activity.
- Stealing another user's account credentials or gaining unauthorized access.
- Using automated bots or scripts for betting or gaming.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward other users.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on the bet11 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of bet11 or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
6.1 Limited License
Permission is granted to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. This permission is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.
6.2 Third-Party Content
The bet11 platform offers games from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft. The intellectual property rights of these games belong entirely to their respective providers. bet11 acts solely as a distribution channel.
Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Availability
bet11 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server issues, or other reasons. bet11 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from such disruptions.
7.2 Gaming Decisions
Every betting and gaming decision is entirely the user's own. bet11 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gaming. Practicing responsible gaming is the personal responsibility of each user.
7.3 Third-Party Links
If the platform contains links to any third-party websites, bet11 is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
Account Closure & Termination
8.1 Closure by User
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the bet11 support team. It is advisable to withdraw your verified balance before closing the account.
8.2 Closure by bet11
bet11 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of the Terms.
- If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
- If proof of being underage is found.
- In cases of false identity or provision of incorrect information.
- In the case of a long-term inactive account (with prior notice).
8.3 Effects After Termination
Even after account termination, the relevant clauses of the Terms (particularly those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
Dispute Resolution
9.1 First Step
For any dispute or complaint, please first contact the bet11 support team directly. Our support team is available 24/7 and provides service in both Bengali and English. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.
9.2 Disputes Regarding Game Outcomes
Any complaint regarding a game outcome must be reported to the support team within 72 hours of the game ending. bet11 retains all game logs and will conduct an impartial investigation. The outcome of the investigation will be considered final.
9.3 Payment Disputes
For payment disputes, please email us with proof of the transaction (screenshot or receipt). We will coordinate with the payment provider to resolve the matter promptly.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
10.1 Right to Amend Terms
bet11 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the service after any changes will automatically be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
10.2 Language Precedence
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. If a translation is provided in another language, the Bengali version will take precedence.
10.3 Severability
If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The invalid clause will, where possible, be replaced with a valid clause closest to the original intent.
